Transcending Time:

Why Time Seems to Pass at Different Speeds and how to learn to live in the present

Steven Taylor

Steve Taylor – psychology lecturer and best-selling author of Making Time and Waking From Sleep – examines the puzzling phenomenon of time, from the perspective of psychology, spirituality, the paranormal and physics. Is time a reality or just an illusion created by our minds? Why does it seem to speed up as we get older, and ‘go quickly when you’re having fun’? Why do we seem to find it so hard to slow down and live in the present? This course is a combination of theory, discussion and practical exercises.
