Museum visit to the British Museum to see Grayson Perry: The Tomb of the Unknown Craftsman. Grayson Perry RA has curated a remarkable exhibition of his new works alongside objects made by unknown men and women throughout history from the British Museum’s collection.

Gallery visit to the Royal Academy to see David Hockney: A Bigger Picture, the first major exhibition of new landscape works by David Hockney RA featuring vivid paintings inspired by the Yorkshire landscape including iPad drawings and new films produced using 18 cameras.
Fee includes off peak return rail-fare from Manchester or Stockport, group travel arrangements, exhibition tickets, tour manager and optional dinner reservation (£77 with Railcard and £90 without).

Gallery visit to Tate Britain to see Picasso and Modern British Art exploring Picasso’s lifelong connections with this country and comprising over 150 works from major public and private collections including works by Duncan Grant, Wyndham Lewis, Ben Nicholson, Henry Moore, Francis Bacon, Graham Sutherland and David Hockney.

Theatre visit to The Lowry to see the Library Theatre production of The Daughter in Law by DH Lawrence - “a drama of sexual tension and class conflict”. A Director’s Talk by Chris Honer precedes the performance.
